Whenever you flag an email in your Office 365 Outlook inbox, a new task will be created in your Outlook Tasks. No task showed up in Outlook Calendar whatsoever. Next, went into, Calendar, Import, Subscribe, and pasted the URL link. I followed the instruction and got the Calendar Feed link from Wunderlist Account Settings. To Do lets you create tasks, task lists, groups for those lists. Wunderlist tasks subscribed in calendar but nothing displays. Almost two months ago, I received an email touting a Wunderlist add-in for Outlook. I hoped this would lead to more integration with Microsoft products. For outlook-users this one definitely steps up over the competitors. I am a heavy user of Wunderlist, and was excited to hear that they had been purchased by Microsoft. Before To-Do saw its first daylight I was using Wunderlist. Wunderlist has more features than you can think of, many of which are overkill for my down-home lists, but for collaboration, reminders, and quick adds to lists via email and the web, they certainly have your needs covered. While I don’t mind using Tasks in my Outlook program for regular To-Dos, or Out of Milk for a quick grocery list, I found that I wanted something more efficient and separate when it came to less routine lists for things like travel packing or Christmas cards. I also wanted an app for my phone (to do the actual checking off) which had a desktop application where I could set up the lists easily without having to thumb-create everything on my smartphone. Wunderlist is a cloud-based task management application. I may not be a mover or a shaker but, Dang it, I always have things to do and I like making To-Do lists (I may not even complete all those tasks, but that’s another story!).
